Blackademics 3rd Annual Review - Raphael Saadiq, Keli Goff, Chuck Stone and MORE!!!
Though the Blackademics educational workshop series started in 2004, this blog only was not up and running until the summer of 2006. I had just earned my bachelors that May, and by June Deen Black published our first post. We started blogging regularly in July, and on August 15th I published the first Blackademics interview with Dr. John Hope Franklin. To commemorate this landmark, every year we celebrate our birthday on August 15th, and since Dr. Franklin joined the ancestors this March, I would like to dedicate this year’s Annual Review to him.
