March Interview: Negro League Hall of Fame Pitcher - Durham’s own Willie Bradshaw!!!

joshgibson.jpg
This month’s interview is with North Carolina legend and Hall of Famer, Willie Bradshaw. He talks about sharing the field with the great Satchel Paige, enduring racism and what it was like to play America’s favorite pass time in the segregated south. Blackadeimcs - this is a very special interview, please take heed to the precious history being passed on by this trailblazing elder!!! You can listen to an Mp3 of the interview here. I just got back in town from the ACC tournament, so I won’t have a transcription up until tomorrow - sorry for the delay.

UPDATE - the transcript is now up. Click this link to read it!
